I'm Dr. Arturo Chavez, LCSW, an educational consultant, licensed clinical social worker, and systems leader with over 14 years of experience supporting schools, educators, and communities.

My work focuses on strengthening educational systems through Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Community Schools, and school mental health.

I partner with schools and organizations to build sustainable systems, strengthen staff capacity, and create equitable, supportive environments where students, families, and educators can thrive.

Through consulting, professional development, and clinical supervision, I bring a collaborative, practical, and equity-centered approach to helping individuals and organizations turn ideas into meaningful change.
